Hi Sarah,
How are you my dear?
It's been absolutely ages since you defected to Facebook and we last had a chat Wink, and I have a thousand questions..
How's the decorating, how is your mum, has your hair grown back., how is your cuddly hairy mouser....the usual catch up questions Smile
 
We have been very busy..err.. just living, work has been busy for both of us ( can't complain really, at least there IS  work ), going to the football home & away, we are real hardcore now me duckWink, and ....err .....do you know, I don't know what we have been doing... hmmm, nobody told me that once you reached 50 your brain switched off....though thinking about it , you have hinted at certain things!Surprised
 
We are off for a weekend down the smoke at the end of March, for the dive show at Excel, so will stay at my brothers house for a couple of days, go up town maybe at night, then go home on the sunday, tired and skint!
And that my dear,  is that at the moment, not much else to tell you, which is one reason why I haven't been blogging.
I really must do some kind of entry, but  I don't want to write any old kind of rubbish..we literary folk have a reputation to upkeep Dahling.. puff puff.....but if I dont do one soon everyone will think I am dead! Sad
I hope you are keeping well Sarah, and off the ciggys Wink, and I've quite missed this, have a trillon hugs ((hugs))!

Oh my god, please dont tell me you didn't get my last message, I've looked everywhere on your space and I can't find it....you must think I've forgotten all about you..as if!
 
The Salty business was becaue I had to put a last name on the spaces thingy and I didn't like the look of Ye Olde..and still dont by the way, but it does look better than of Salty..so sorry about that one, not knighted in the new year honoursSad
I'm gad the decorating is nearly finished ( must be done by now surely? ), when will we get to have a look at your decorating prowess....have you found a home for your mouser? ( I have definitely written that beforeThinking ) I feel like I'm repeating myself...sorry if I am....
I'm glad your mum is recovering, some good news at least, and also that you are still not smokng..do you fell any better for giving up the demon weed?
Christmas was brilliant for us, and New year,but this year is flying past already, I can't believe its only just over 3 week since christmas,where's that gone?.. 
I haven't really got much news I'm afraid, we are both well I think, and thinking about this years holidays, talking of which, have you got your passport sorted out...
I'm trying to sort out my mums so that she can go to Paris for a week... she has no sense of urgency , and doesn't seem to realise that we need to book flights and things..but she is 78, so I suppose she has an excuse!
And what's this about being considerably older than me.. I dont believe it, or your birthdate of 1917....that makes you older than your mum......
I'm sorry you didn't get my last message, I feel really embarressed, and a bit cheesed off to be honest, I'm just not sure about this new spaces stuff, things seem to go missing, messages dont get posted....or alternatively I've got early onset Alzheimers and am in fact going barmy!!  scary thought.....
I hope your new year was brilliant, and I hope this year brings you everything that you want, and that its a better year than last year, and to use your catchprase, may you shine in 2009, with a trillion hugs  (( hugs ))to keep you safe and well for the year.
